Forming principle
It is the low molecular liquid crystal and the prepolymer mixed, under certain conditions by polymerization reaction, the formation of micron-level liquid crystal droplets evenly dispersed in the polymer network, and then use the liquid crystal molecules dielectric anisotropy to obtain a light Response material.
Product: Intelligent liquid crystal dimming film
It is a liquid crystal display function film It is in the PDLC dimming film coated with AB glue, affixed to the glass surface; Can achieve dimming film glass penetration and privacy protection . It uses a polymer dispersion liquid crystal (PDLC) as a display structure It is a two-layer flexible transparent conductive film as an electrode Able to adjust the voltage under the moment to achieve a transparent and opaque switch
Working Principle
1.The optical function of the film is realized by the optical characteristics of the liquid crystal ; 2.Electronically controlled dimmable glass inside the liquid crystal molecules will show irregular distribution ; 3.At this point, the electronic control glass presents a translucent and opaque appearance ; 4.After power, inside the liquid crystal molecules appear neatly arranged ; 5.The light can be free to penetrate, then electronically controlled liquid crystal glass showed a transparent state .
